This is an article i found in today Times Picayune, our local newspaper. It mentions this taking effect in 6 different states.

He seems to be on a short list of possible vice-presidential candidates. Coincidence? In any case it might help him in that endeavor.

From what he has been telling us down this way is that he is not interested in that position. He says he wants to clean up the politics in Louisiana and help our area down here rebuild. We are all hoping he keeps to that promise.
