trigger.... sexual abuse....
Having alters... is very difficult... being severe DID... means I really do lose.. chunks.. of time.. where I have no memory... no control... I am haunted... my 13 year old alter... put us in a terrible dangerous position.. the other night... and.. we did get hurt....very hurt.. and the danger continues.. because the person.. is of the stalking.. the predatory kind of person... my therapist asked me today.. if "I promised to not do it again.. like he does with SI... with sucide.. and he also asked alters"... and he said "I heard that before".... I walked into the middle of a conversation between him.. and my alter... and... so.. it means.. that I am not safe... becasuse..it will happen again.. there are no guarentees... I have images... they never go away... exhuasted.. |

sweety, if this person is stalking you you need to notify the authorities. and you need to ask straight out, if you can't get your alter to communicate with you ask T, if you truly are in danger of doing this again. please be safe.

Dear freewill,
i care that you got hurt and are not safe from it. Please get help. Sometimes alts are trained to put themselves and all into harm's way. It may be cult-training or other programming. This alt did a wrong thing. The rest of the system needs to get t to help deal with this so this alt can learn how to break free from the programming and evil of stalker. We do care about you here. I am so sorry you are hurting and scared. Seek help and you will get past this very painful time. Please seek help. Please love yourself and all your alts. Teach them how to be safe and do good things. They can learn. With affection and gentle hugs - leslie/pixies!
