I can do the phisical part but sence I need to loose the waite I desided to better my performance while I'm at it. Yes I desided to join. but not tell January. I do the written test tomarrow!

i think you are making some good steps to care for your own life. married life does not make you an object or possession. he should share life with you, not use you or play head games on you to dominate you.

it took me along time when i started dealing with my issues to begin to be less "jumpy" and "hypervigilant" even in my sleep. these reactions were not faults in me they were the damage that happened because my nights were not safe in childhood. i respect myself more and more because i have survived. i still have lots to deal with but i will get there and i am worth as much as anyone on this earth. you are worth just as much as me or anyone else too! Good for you for finding ways to make your life better. marriage counseling could help if perhaps your spouse became willing - an objective 3rd party can help a lot.
