I don't know if this belongs here BUT...
I'm having alot of difficulty with anxiety and panic attacks for the last week or so. I haven't been able to figure out what's causing it, it seems like there is no cause. My T thinks I'm being trigered without my realizing it. I don't know. Is this possible??

It is possible to be triggered without knowing it.
We don't always know all our triggers, and some of that is because our minds won't let us.
You should work with you T on identfying triggers.

If you don't mind me asking is your anxiety caused by triggers from past abuse?

I hope you get to feeling better, I know how hard it is.

Best wishes

(((((((((Mick))))))))

Your mind is probably not letting you see the triggers as a defense thing,
Talk to your T about it.
if you are processing alot of stuff right now your anxiety is going to be higher.

you are welcome to message me anytime
Keep writing and talking,

Best Wishes
Sparrow
Thanks for this!

yep - totally possible. Start keeping a journal if you can - write down everything - times, dates, weather, food, what you're doing, and when you start panicking. Look for patterns of when you are feeling bad. Best to you!
