I have gone through every flavor of abuse&am just now starting to deal with it. It's very hard. I have bipolar disorder, PTSD,anxiety disorder&schizo-affective disorder. Any greetings, advice. books to recommend, really anything would be very supportive.

Hi Skymonk, I am 47 and I have bpd, depression and ptsd and I would like to talk any time you want. I was also abused, but I have no good advice, because I am not doing allthat well. Any how I am Greg77733 and when you need to talk I will get back to you I normally check in a couple times a day. I send you a hug
