the one i have is called "the courage to heal workbook for men and women survivors of childhood sexual abuse" by laura davis.
it is collecting dust, but everynow and then i gather the strength to pick it up... working though it brings it to the table and forces you to look at it, so it gets hard before it gets better. but you guys know that already, i'm sure. |
