<font color="blue"> A friend called me this weekend. He doesn't know the details, but knows I was very abused as a child.

He asked me what I would do if I could go back to my childhood knowing what I know now. I told him there wasn't enough money in the universe to pay me to go back to the horrors of abuse.

He told me that I'd know more and would be able to "make better decisions" to avoid the abuse! He made it sound like if I had just thought things out better, nothing would have happened to me.

I was furious and he just would not accept why. I did manage to not hang up on him, but if it ever comes up again, I will.

I know you can't do anything to help my hurt and fury over this, but this is the only place I know that I can post something like this and have someone understand.
