Will the fear of being sexually assaulted again ever dissapate?
I am still terrified every day and I don't know how to fix it.

Are you working with a counselor?

I do know that, in general, things become a little easier as time passes. The more effort you put into resolving the issue, the better the results.

Taking self-defense classes often help a lot. The class provided me with tips for protection techniques and practice, which also gave me peace of mind. I enjoyed the class & would recommend it to everyone.
