oh sweet Jess... I cry reading your words. I love you so much but I know you need more. I know you are the happy one inside and not often sad but it is not your fault Jess. When so many things are hard and sad around you you feel it too. The others they know that. It is good you came here and told us how you feel. I care and I know others care too.

I'm sorry you're so sad Jess. Safe hugs for you. I know how it feels. I get that way too. I'm glad you can think of things you like to do to make you feel better. I have things I like to do too. I hope it gets better and you come through this. I know you will.

other people are sad too, sometimes it's good to let them be sad if you can do something nice in another room and everything can get better again. We are not always always always sad
 and are nice and happy sometimes. hugs from me too
