Some of my little ones were triggered earlier.. today and I had to go to work...it took forever to get grounded..I tried every grounding technique I could think of...I asked for helper parts to come out we let a protector part called The Colonel come and hold the little ones....It's so hard to do your job when you've got little ones triggered...it is so hard to act"normal" so that the host doesn't lose her job..I wish getting grounded was eaiser and faster...I'm always afraid "i'm going to be found out by my customers and co-workers...that they can tell parts are out who dont know how to do their job, problems with facial recognition...does any body else have this problem?...and forget telling time...The Time Keeper makes sure we are on time and where we need to be and when we have to be there...sometimes it really sucks when you lose time, cant remember a conversation you had 2 seconds ago, asking the same question 5 times...any feed back? I would greatly appreciate it.

such_is_life, we had issues like this when we worked (at arby's lol) the ten year old and the 15 year old didn't want to work. The 15 year old (alex) got caught SIing at work!!!! the 10 (who is stubborn and won't tell me his/her name/sex) would play and splash people when we were supposed to be doing dishes.

Fortunately, Rosalie loves to do house type work, so she would work very efficiently when she was out. I deal more with social stuff, so i would deal with customers.

We by no means have it down to a science...

hugs.

We by no means have it down to a science... GypsyRosalie; Hi I have 2 parts that are supposed to come out to do our job.If they aren't out ...no body else knows what to do...it's really hard to look around and beg and plead internally for Meagan and Becka to come to the front of the mind to work. WE need this job to pay bills and buy stuff. Thanks for your post
When little ones are out at work ...ohmy gosgh you never know what they are going to do or say..then I have some parts that are mean and can be hateful...then I get in trouble or make enemy's

I can relate on the difficulty of trying to get grounded at work. So difficult, so afraid someone's going to notice. Afraid to lose the job.

And I can relate to asking the same question over and over. Although mine's for a different reason. I feel so stupid asking the same question over and over. Especially when I know I just asked it, but I still don't know the answer.

I can't say i've done this at work as we have not got to that point we're in collage.
But we still do similar things. The other night.. I asked what we were having for dinner at least 5 times in a row just couldn't remember.. and it sounds so pathetic. It must be super awkward in work places.
As for my littluns i have them come out sometimes when out, you know like in town. And then people are all like Wtf is he doing. And its like oh gawd. All the little ones want to do do it lok at toys and play with them... Or mess around. So awkward afterwards :/
