I’m really scared.
Tomorrow we have to go back to a shelter. I don’t like shelters!

Yes, shelters are awful, but you will get through this. If it helps I was homeless and in shelters for a few years. You will get through this.

Praying for you! I lived in a shelter for most of 2022, and I managed to get through. You'll prevail!
