 and It's ok to cry, I bring stuff for you to cry on you can even cry on me. For the flashbacks and meds is there anyone you can call who can help? *sitting here with you with warm cozy things*

no one to help. h is a trigger. nice T teaching seminars in another state but he called me tonight and asked me what i will do to help myself. i just took another pill. i hate taking pill but i having a bad day and night.
i am glad you will stay with me. i like the blue fleecy. i am sorry if i get it all soppy. T said it's okay to cry. i have to stay safe so crying helps to stay safe. i hate crying.

I hate crying too but don't worry you can get th eblue fleecy as soppy as you want it'll clean up fine, just let it out and you'll feel better later
