((((((ginniesky))))))

i was taught to not cry no matter what they did to me. it took me a long time to feel able to cry again. i was so scared to let go. i am getting my tears back now and sometimes i cry so hard it's a mess. but, i am human and humans cry because it gets the big stress out. when the time is right you will get them back, they belong to you and no one should steal what is yours. i am not ashamed to cry now. on monday, things were very hard and finally we cried and yelled and screamed at the top of our lungs. it may not have been "cool" but i needed that. i got to see my T and we had a good breakthrough and now we have deborah up front and she brings some real good things to us, strength. i hated going through all the scary stuff and pressure inside but good came from the bad. it is getting better.

i think you will find a way to accept your tears when you can and we are here at pc.com for you. i care. i am sorry it hurts so badly. please hang in there, hugs if you want them,

leslie and all
