Read With Caution, angry bear!

Possible trigger:

I refuse to continue beating myself up with that stick

I commit to working on ridding myself of that nonsense and working on my stuff (not their bs...and lies... I know for certain they lied in very significant areas, just like the FOO ("parents", "aunts", "step *****" etc.)

Smell, stinky, rotten fish heads is the best insult I've heard in a very long time. Way to go Fuzzy.

Existing really sucks Fuzzybear, I hope you soon have better than that- you deserve it. The Doc's haven't been there, send them fish heads and find a way to be kind to yourself, remember you deserve it!
You help so many people.

Yes, just existing is . . . suboptimal.

"Suboptimal" - like those professionals you mentioned...

Fuzzy, we deserve better than just existing! I want to thrive, not just survive. Practicing my skills is good. I just have not figured out how to go from existing to living.

Sorry... I'm wrestling with the very same thing. For quite while I've been shrieking "OMG what if this is the new normal?!" Finally it occurred to me "so what if it is?" (I'm slow on the uptake.) The self flagellation continues, but I figure if I keep reminding myself, my lizard brain eventually will throw up its hands in frustration and say to my cerebellum: "Gah! If I promise to stop shrieking will you SHUT UP ALREADY?"

Seriously though,
