Unfortunately fatigue is a factor in depression that is often to to lack of REM sleep
The important neurotransmitters Serotonin and Dopamine and also depleted because of the neurochemistry imbalance cause by lack of REM sleep , digestive issues and it is a bit of a vicious cycle. I found eating a natural fooed diet, medication and a strong mindset to get better by exercise and meditation. I know that this is not easy when you are depressed having 2 bouts of very serious depression myself Chris |

Energy is my major issue with depression too. I'm on Modafinil 200mg now but it doesn't really seem to be doing much for me. Have you ever tried anything like that?

Good quality sleep is important. A few years ago, I went in for a sleep study. Was diagnosed with apnea, and put on APAP. It helps. A lot.

I've been on a CPAP for the last 10 months and it does nothing for my energy. It makes me feel no different at all.
