Im so paranoid about dying, it's been bothering me for almost a month(everyday). Im always thinking of my health and if I would lose my breathe or something, It affects me on how I interact on my family. Sometimes Im acting crazy about it, I feel like helpless. I feel like losing my breath and like Im gonna lose my life.

I completely understand where you are coming from because I used to feel this way myself. I started when I was a toddler it quit for a while and by the time that I was ten year old it was getting bad and by the time I was thirteen it was really bad by then. I was scare to be breathing the next five minutes. Just live your life to the fullest the way you want to live. Ask yourself what will you miss the most and then do it?
Thanks for this!

I get this on so many different levels. My depression pretty much revolves around existential issues. Just try to think this: you are living. You will continue to live whether you worry about dying or no. So please don't worry yourself into insanity. Worrying doesn't help or prevent you from not dying. Live free and take your breaths in as a form of living rather than dying.

Have you thought about looking for quotes that you can resisted to yourself about living?
