This morning l faced up to the fact my marriage of 27yrs is over due to me not getting over this episode of severe depression. My wife has helped me through this pain for all our time together but this time lve gave up and stopped trying. She says she can't keep going through this.
This episode is so different,
Possible trigger:
no easing of hopelessness and lack of motivation. 10 months off work and future return bleak. What can l do. 54 yrs old, no wife, no home, no job, family grown up. I don't see a future for me.

Thanks for this!

I hope you will be able to find a way forward.

Thanks for your kind wishes, the difficulties lm having are that l normally get out an episode. This time it's not the case, perhaps all the other events work and marital. Everyone says park your other problems but they are so huge it's destroying me.
