I am wondering if other females have sleep desturbances really bad the night before they get their period. Like I don't sleep, and it's my alarm clock that the period is tomorrow.

I don't usually, though I do wake up a bit more frequently through the night about a week before. I think it's probably normal, but I could be wrong

My period knocks my whole life off. I can't sleep and when I can't sleep, I'm grouchy. It is like your period is telling you, I am on the way. It gets worse when you start going through menopause. Yikes!!!
