Googley, I could have written this myself.

I'm at the point, where if I go up another size I won't be able to shop at LaSenza anymore. Somebody in charge has decided to start phasing out anything past a DD!! 38DD, sometimes 40DD here. And it sucks. If it gets worse in terms of my back pain (since I do have a physical disability to boot) then I'll be looking into surgery.

I pretty much give up on finding well fitting dress shirts that button up the front, they're either too tight on the bust, or too large elsewhere to accommodate the upper half.

Haha...I was on Kohl's a couple weeks ago and looked over in the junior's section to where they have all those "Candie's" clothes. I tried on a cute shirt with a belt, size XL, then took a picture of it with my phone. I'd just gotten a new bra the day before, so was excited to see what things would look like on me now. I wish I could upload the picture here! My boobs were so packed into that shirt I thought the button was going to pop off Why they make things so small for junior's is beyond me. It'd be great to be able to fit into those teeny-weeny clothes! Oh well. At least I'll have more "insulation" on my body for when I go to Alaska someday.

Lucky girl! It is very hard to find size 38B bras, which is what I normally look for.

I'm like, a 38A. Which is impossible to buy at any department store and I refuse to go into any specialty store because I have very little money and much more important things to spend it on. I could probably go bra-less and it wouldn't make a difference anyway.

If I had like, 10 grand lying around I'd def get a boob job. I don't want big knockers or anything. I just want enough to look like a member of the female sex. I can't even wear a lot of woman's shirts because they're all designed for women with boobs. And companies seem to assume that girls with wide chests have huge tits and girls with tiny tits have tiny chests. It's complete bs.

Sorry for ranting. I hate my breasts lol.

I'm a 42 C !
Finding a comfortable bra is a myth.
Sport bras work best for me if I can find a cotton one otherwise I set the girls free .... ahhh!
Yep ... gold thread must be in them ... the price just doesnt seem to compute ... after all ... its hard to find a good over the shoulder boulder holder that doesnt cost a fortune.

I like Just My Size cotton bras (my doctor told me to stick to cotton bras, because I am prone to yeast infections under my breasts--yuck!), but I can't find them with the inches I need. I'll probably have to start shopping online. Or, here's a smarter solution--LOSE WEIGHT! :P

38F here. And yes, an accurately fitted bra is essential. But the constant back strain sux. I went from A cup to a DD in one summer....not fun. I have been over weight and under weight...mine stay huge. I have had 3 pregnancies and nursed all three children ( ok, they were HUGE then) then got softer, but not smaller.
I like to ride horses and I was very active before the panic attacks started. I would wear 2 sport bras for horse back riding and I would get one size too small and 2 sizes too small...to keep them from bouncing....so much.
My husband is not a boob man, lol. Breast men only talk to my chest. Never look me in the eyes. My husband is a butt man, I cannot see him staring back there, lol.

I'm 20 and I'm a 34D. I did the whole puberty thing pretty fast and early on, and my breasts had almost finished growing by the time I was 14 (much the the delight of the boys in my classes..!). I buy all my bras from the Avon catalogue, which I started doing so I could try on at home but they are the comfiest bras I have ever found!! They also come in plenty of pretty patterns, whereas the 'trendiest' (as my mum would say ) ones are only available in small sizes, yeah. I can only wear one particular shape otherwise it bugs me - the kind of half-cup ones that come 2/3rd of the way up. Wiring is essential! I also like a bit of padding, because it's much comfier to have a form cup.

34G/H here! Finding a bra is nearly impossible. I have to order them online at $80 a pop! But what choice do I have. When they are that big they are a danger if not kept in one place. The back strain is horrible. Finding shirts is nearly impossible. I went shopping with a freind, who is an A. She had never been shopping with me before. She kept trying to get me to try on all these cute little tops. I finally did. She almost died laughing, she thought it was hillarious; until she accidently got me STUCK in one!

I wish I could donate some of mine.

This thread makes me cringe, and I'm not entirely sure why...

I don't even know what size I am. I'm definitely an A-something though. I never check the stupid letter tags; I just buy the smallest bras I can find or ones that look like they would fit. :/ I'm small enough to wear bras for kids/teens, and I've been told I look like a 15 year old. Meh, I've also been told I look like a gay male. But actually, none of this bothers me at all. I freaking hate my breasts, but not because I perceive them as small, because they get the freak in my way too much. I seriously wish I could get them surgically removed. They're just.. useless. There is no point at all for me to have them. I still remember when I first started to grow..(is ending sentence here). It hurt to lay flat on my stomach in the bathtub while the water filled up. I didn't understand why at the time. It had never hurt before...

Stupid boobs. Only a pedophile could ever like my body. But having a flat chest and broad shoulders does have its perks though. I have a naturally deep voice, and I can imitate male body language pretty well.... Tehe......... I think I'll just cut myself off now and not say anything illegal, um.

I have suffered from eating disorders for most of my life. When I have been really skinny, I had no boobs at all. I mean none. Now, I am doing better with the ED, and am a supposedly healthy weight. I am not very comfortable with my body, but I am thrilled to have some boobs!! So when that part of my head starts berating me for being too fat, I'll talk back to it and say 'well at least now I have breasts!'
I don't know what my bra size is because I never wear one. (I would guess I am a B cup?) When I was very thin and flat chested I never needed a bra. Now I probably "should" wear one, but I am not used to them and find them very uncomfortable. So, I still go without. If I feel I am too exposed in some of my clothing, I just wear a tank top underneath. Much more comfortable.

I'm a DD now, which I'm happy with since I ballooned to a 38-H (yeah, got ya beat Nuck ) when nursing and they never really settled back down till I lost a ton of weight, 80lb. But I was in an H for over 7 years, I think anything smaller than what I have now would look awkward on my body (to me, at least - my husband would be in heaven if I was down to a C, or even LESS!!!)

Word of advice on getting sized - yes it's crucial but DON'T go to Victoria's Secret!! They will purposely under-size you just to make sure "oh yeah you'll fit into our bras!" Go to a reputable department store such as Macy's or Nordstrom where they TRAIN bra-fitters to PROPERLY size a woman, and where they aren't afraid to say "I'm sorry we don't carry your size here, but there's a specialty shop at this address that can help you"

And you can TOTALLY get cute bras in the really large sizes, you just have to be willing to pay for them. I LOVE Fantasie bras but they're upwards of $70 each

Okay so, like, I THINK, my boobies might be getting a bit bigger. Not overly bigger, it could just be in my head because once my cousin and I were making a big deal about it earlier this year (there's always been a bit of a joke with some people in our family about the fact her, her mother and her sister have always been smaller, and mine are a bit bigger). I got a better bra a few months ago and the size was bigger than I thought, even though it may not be correct.
Well the other reason I feel as though they might be getting bigger is because I have a lot of old stretch marks, but I've just noticed one very small new one. Anyone who has them knows what new ones and old ones look like, they are a completely different colour to each other. Also, I measured I could get one entire hand over them, now they feel slightly more than that. But from the side, they don't look any bigger. I don't know if perhaps it's my wishful thinking (minus MORE stretch marks), or perhaps they are a bit bigger and they just don't look any bigger side on because they are a little low (my mother never really bought me a bra so I was always wearing crop tops, or the same one bra for a year straight).
I did see somewhere recently that it isn't uncommon for them to suddenly grow a little bigger in you early 20's.
Thoughts?

Evening,

I do know that in my twenties mine did grow. In High School I was a 34 DD. I just left my 20s and I'm now a size 34 H! Yup and H! I have 3 bras - all 3 have been sewn back together b/c the underwire has started to poke out at me. But when each bra is $50-80, depending if I can find a sale. And I have to order them online. I have a bra for work, a bra for anything not work, and my back up old lady bra (that is on its last legs.)

I wish I was smaller to have a few more bras. Oh and finding swimsuits that fit is another b**ch

You're lucky. I gained 40 pounds and everything got bigger except my chest.

Aww! No fair! I'm still not very comfortable with the other parts of me that have gotten bigger, but at least that's one upside. (or two, as it were)
I saw (on your profile)that you have overcome your ED, and that is absolutely wonderful! Congratulations!
Thanks for this!

This is a true story:

My mother know's I'm not interested in having children and she desperately wants grandchildren. So one day while engaging in this old argument she says "If you have kids your breasts will get bigger." I said "Mom I'm not going to have kids so I can have big boobs." Then she kept going on about it. I said "Look if I really want big boobs it will be cheaper to get implants."

Could you imagine having a child to increase your breast size? I'd love to see someone answer the child's question when they ask why you had them.

"Well, you see honey, mommy was a little flat chested..."

I feel your pain. I am a 32 F. The only bras that are made in this size are very, very expensive. I learned the hard way that handwashing, linedrying are essential - I was wondering why the elastic was wearing out! Also, rotating bras so that you never wear one bra twice in a row (something about body oils breaking down elastic).

I did find Le Mystere bras in my size on Ebay (brand new with tags) for about $35.00 each. I actually bought about 10 bras in different brands that I knew fit me (Fantasie, Chantilly, etc.) I was very happy with each purchase. You might want to have a little looksee! Laurie
Thanks for this!

I will have to check that out. I do handwash my bras and dry them in the bathroom. I don't have the luxury of rotating bras. But I do try to take off my "work" bra when I get home and put on my "non-work" bra. My problem is that the underwire always comes poking out in awkward places.

About two years ago in highschool, I was a 34 B and I was really self conscious because that was small to me ( my family is known to be big chested, and to develop early) I am 5'11 and i was a size 1-5 during this time. I always compared my chest size to my sisters, and cousins and I hated it. Then my bf came along and he loved them he really helped me, but then I started getting stretch marks on them after I moved in with him i gained a lot of weight and now I am a size 15 , and it killed me when I was trying on jeans because my old pair had holes everywhere. Now my boobs are a 38 d and getting bigger. I still think they are small and don't think they'll ever look big to me . I was teased when I was younger by my family because of the small size. My bf thinks theyre big but he had a friend who had GIGANTIC boobs and they messed around. Now I compare mines to hers and *sigh* i'll neverr be happy with my body and stretch marks
