I have a weird smell coming from down below, i can only smell it when im in the toilet, im worried it may be a stronger smell and others can smell it. It is an ordinary smell its not a sexual infection because i just got tested.

Also i tend to sweat down there alot especially the day after ive had sex or on a hot day.

any advice is welcomed..

If you aren't itchy and have no discharge, my guess would be you're fine, but obviously I'm not a doc or anything, so do what you feel most comfortable doing. There's another thread around here about smells and I think it was finally agreed that there are all kinds of normal smells, and they change throughout the month. Oh ya, other people probably won't smell a thing, unless they are in your crotch! Hehe

I have the same problem, but it's more severe and it's all the time (I will try to put this in vague terms because too much info freaks me and other people out!) Mine's not caused from not being clean, since I take a shower every morning and use mild soap down there, and a blow dryer.. Thank you Rhapsody for the info. Glad to know I'm not alone with this!

Sometimes using a lightly scented talcum powder (baby powder) maintains a longer dryness in the femmie region (if sweating is an issue).
Wearing cotton panties (refrain from any synthetics whatsoever) is also a big help, as well as wearing loosly fitted jeans (promotes better airflow).

and sometimes an occassional douch (using as natrual products as possible) can help....though don't rely on them constantly, otherwise your body stops producing its "natural" discharge.

Hope this helps some.
