I have never had regular periods. This last yr I even went 6 months with none....I should have gone to the Dr but was too scared too and still havent gone. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar 2 (rapid cycling with mixed features). Both time I was hospitalized with deep depression, being suicidal and si and extreme anxiety I was on my period. Both times it was avery short period and over the day after i was admitted. I have had depression problems even when I wasnt on my period but when I am on it I am VERY emotional. I have begun questioning things. When I quit my last yr job I believe it was around my period time. My thing is I still get screwed even when Im not on my period. Can it be that being on my period screws with my already weird moods? its all confusing.

Yes... and I speak from experience of having suffered from both Clinical Depression, DID and Severe PMDD - Please seek the advice of your primary doctor for much needed relief from the vicious cycle that living with PMDD and a Mental Health Issues can cause a female.

That will be fine - just try and make the appointment here in the next few weeks... before your next period.
