How much vaginal discharge is normal?
I have to wear a pantyliner all the time because otherwise my underwear are wet with discharge.
I haven't had a period in four years because I have a mirena IUD.
It doesn't seem to be yeast infection cause there is no itching or anything.
I am just so tired of having to have a pantyliner all the time.

Sounds like you have to ask your doctor as it could be a function of the IUD?

"Less than 5% of Mirena users may experience:
Vaginal discharge
Breast pain or tenderness
Nausea
Nervousness
Inflammation of cervix, vulva or vagina
Pelvic pain during your period
Back pain
Weight increase
Decreased sex drive
High blood pressure
Pain during intercourse
Anemia
Unusual hair growth or loss
Skin irritations (such as hives, rash, eczema or itching)
Feeling bloated
Swelling of hands and/or feet
Expulsion"

Every female in my immediate family wears a pantyliner all the time (meaning, me, my mom, and my sister). We do it because we just like to feel clean. I've never talked to my doctor about it, because I always assumed it was normal, but I don't think it would be a bad idea to double check at your next appointment.

Also, Perna, those are some scary and confusing side effects. Seems odd to me that something that stops your period makes you anemic. And do I even want to know what "expulsion" is...?

I don't think the amount is what to worry about if it is a normal color and odor. And if it has always been that way for you, then it is probably normal. I would only start to worry if the amount suddenly changes noticeably or if the color or odor also changes. That could definitely be a sign of infection.

IUDs are notorious for causing extra discharge. I had that issue when I had the mirena, and with the paragard too. The theory is that it irritates the cervix having the string there all the time.

Hmm, it probably depends on the thickness/texture and color. And also how much/what you've eaten. Try checking out WebMD.com and doing their symptom checker. I've found to it to be pretty helpful at times.
