Hello there! I have been where you are right now, I'm a 32a and at first was sad about it, but after a while you become to get used to the size you are. A big benefit of smaller breasts is when you exercise, they don't bounce around everywhere. PLUS, some people are actually more attracted to smaller breasts, including myself. (I'm bisexual). I also have some friends who prefer smaller breasts too. Try not to get so down on yourself, breasts can be attractive no matter what the size!

Others definitely feel the way you do! If you didn't, breast implants wouldn't be as popular as they are!

And just so you know, it is possible for guys to perfer smaller chests. I'm a 32B (though I was a 32A for years!), and my fiance loves me just the way I am. In fact, he's told me I would look silly with a bigger bosom; like I'd tip over or something I've also met several other guys that perfer smaller bosoms as well.

You can always remind yourself that models and some actresses like Kiera Knightly and Kate Hudson are EXTREMELY small and they've not only become super famous, but plenty of guys think they're sexy too.

If he tells you he likes them the way they are, then believe him Like Melissa said, don't be so down on yourself! You are beautiful just the way you are!

I used to feel that way about my small breasts. I 've now decided that if any man were to have a preference for bigger breasts, then it is his loss.

Not all men like big breasts.

I am 32a and constantly embarrassed by it too.. Basically I just want everything on my body to even out. Although I sound like a hypocrite by saying this(considering I posted a thread about my own self consciousness) it is best to just be yourself.

I've always been small breasted, and I used to feel self conscious about it, but I don't anymore. It's GREAT not having to wear a bra in the summer time.

And another thing - I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After surgery (lumpectomy) I had to have radiation. The LARGE breasted get burned terribly by radiation -- the small breasted just get pink and do NOT get burned. That was GREAT !! I really felt awful for the large breasted women ~ they had a horrible time.

Plus, we can buy bras off the shelf -- if you're large breasted, many times you have to order your bras or you can't find them in the correct size.

There are alot of reasons to be grateful for small breasts!! Hugs, Lee

I was a double A until I had my son at age 24. Even after I stopped nursing, my breasts did not return to their smaller size. I am a C now. I preferred being smaller because of sports but we are what we are.

I would love to be smaller. 34F is not fun. But I realize that is just the way I am.

I think a plus to being smaller is that you can wear padded bras and make yourself look bigger. You can go w/o bras. Sports are easier.

Me - can't make them smaller. going w/o a bra actually hurts. good luck finding a sports bra that fits. oh and bathing suits - HAHAHA!

Heres something cute.

When my daughter was little she used to be very worried. My mother in law has very large breasts that are not so nice to look at when she has her bra off I guess according to my daughter.

Well, one day she was in the tub and looked up at me and said, I hope I don't have big breasts like nana, I want small cute ones like yours mommy. I never thought of it like that and so I don't mind if I am not a big breasted woman.

Well, my daughter did turn out pretty much like me. But she complained of not having big enough breasts. LOL Are we ever satified? I joked with her and told her it was too late, someone already answered her first prayer.

You know men don't always like big breasts, some only like butts. My family is known for having nice butts so, all the men around us are ones like that.
All the men! And none of them even cared about what size breasts we have.

So, what is lacking in one area may be made up for in another and someone out there is going to like what you have.

And if your really lucky when everything starts to sag, that same person will decided he loves you just the way you are no matter what.

Advantage to small breasts - sometimes I just use band aids, no bra required! I'm small and prefer it that way!

The lack of self confidence is more of an issue than the lack of breast tissue, IMO.

Do a image search on Kate Hudson. She has next to nothing for a chest but look how beautiful she is!

Just emphasize what ever beauty makes you YOU and don't worry about what you don't have. Imagine how this attitude could affect younger girls who watch and learn from us women!... This goes beyond physical attributes also.

I agree that there are plenty of other things for you to focus on that show your beauty! I have 38C and I'm happy with that. Before I lost 35 lbs I was 38D almost DD and it seriously gave me back pain. I couldn't stand it! But I absolutely HATE my thighs. I played softball forever and have these massive man legs. I have cellulite and stretch marks on my legs and - to me - they're disgusting. So - trust me - even if you had large breasts, you would find something else to be upset about (unfortunately). Personally, I'd rather be upset about something being too small than too big lol

Realizes that thoughts from your elders are often blown off, but here goes anyway.

Absolutely no offense intended towards anyone. But how I wish i could be young again and feeling down because I was a 32A!

I was a very late-bloomer and still remember men friends of my ex-hub telling me how cool it was that my breasts grew while I was nursing the babies. ARRGGGHHHHH

30 years later, my current and most wonderful hub loves me and thinks my breasts are beautiful. They are no longer "perky". They have met the "sag" mode.

Today, I have enough confidence and trust to know that my hub really means it when he tells me that he loves me just the way I am.

Mmmm! A few things to remember!

Gravity won't play havoc when you get older.
When you speak you will have full concentration on your words and not feel offended by a drooling adult trying to look down your blouse.
You will be remembered for your intellect, compassion, etc and not for your tits.
Thanks for this!

Some other thoughts: My hubby confided in me some months back that a couple we know in Toronto had the hots for us and wanted to swing. The husband wanted to get me in bed because my breasts were real and his wife's were silicone. He wanted to know what real ones felt like. We never did anything with them, of course. But it gave me a different perspective on men's tastes. A lot of augmentation I think looks unnatural. Natural beauty is the best, I think. And it's not related to size, imho.

I wear a 34a even though 32b/30c is my true size (or depending on the bra) and I've been called small (and I am technically small) but at the same time these smaller boobs fit my body type, and I personally think I would look hilarious with anything bigger. I'd rather be liked for my personality than my chest.. I knew a guy who was with a girl and she had larger breasts. When I asked him: "So what do you like about her" the ONLY THING he said for the entire time he was with her was "She has big boobs". Lovely, eh?

I've met guys loving small breasts, loving large, loving bottoms, loving legs, loving a small frame, big frame, etc. Whatever you have right now, a group of men think that exact body type is beautiful.

I'm a size 40 C. Last year I met a guy I was crazy about and attracted to ; as he was to me. He started to say my breasts looked like a 15 year old's and I was really bummed; it was so mean and demeaning. I mean, I have great hips, nice legs and otherwise pretty attractive, I think, for my age. He said he'd pay for implants, but then he disappeared. I saw him last July, 2010 and he said "they're bigger"...how much? Ha Ha. I didn't even have the operation....what a jerk. It turned out he had a complex about his own size problem; what a jerk; I'm beautiful, rich and educated; I wanted him so much. Those breasts of mine already nursed 2 babies; men are such babies when they fixate on breasts. Let them fixate; I'm moving on to romantic men who understand beauty is in the eye of the beholder and a woman's soul, not her breast/cup size!!

I try to remember this one. I get reminded that I can go without a bra if I choose but then I start thinking I look too manly, I'll only do it with a dress that fits a certain way and doesn't make my boobs look toooo small.

I'm slowly getting more comfortable with them. I'm a 34a by the way, but I usually wear a 34b because the As fit kind of weird. I also get upset because they are too cone-y for my preference. The bf says he likes them, but sometimes I doubt him. And sometimes if i'm complaining, he'll say "well you could always get implants" (his way of being eternally supportive) but I take it as "OMG YOU HATE ME AND MY BOOBS!"

My mother has big boobs and every month when my A's would swell from PMS she would say, Maybe this month they will grow! I used to joke that I inherited them from my dad's side of the family because my dad had small breasts...
Then one day my mother commented on a grandniece, how terrible for her that she was flat, and I just went off on her! But of course I would, I have the same "problem"!
I am beginning to see the point (one of them, at least) of this site. I never bragged about my "gifts" over my brother (my better grades in school) and actually I worked my butt off for them, while he watched TV. Point is, accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative, and boost up the neutral, that's why they invented the WonderBra. I've been walking around for YEARS as if my boobs don't exist (and after gaining 100 pounds, believe me, they DO), infuriating my female coworkers (I honestly don't understand why) because I rarely wore a bra, just a tshirt and blazer. Again, shame shame shame, that's what the parents always said. I guess I am doing pretty well, considering.
Thanks for this!

Hello!

I was once really obsessed with my small breast size. I was a small 34a. It drove me CRAZY that I didn't have what I thought was what every man wanted. This plagued me for years. I fantasized about breast implants but was too cheap and too chicken to get them. Plus, I didn't want to mess up whatever I had cosmetically.

Finally, 10 years later, I realized one day that my size was perfect. I am still a 34a. I HATE wearing a bra. Luckily, with a 34a, no bra is really necessary!

Believe me, you are beautiful the way you are. Love your size. Don't buy into the tv and movie images of big fake boobs. Give yourself time to grow into them. Small is beautiful especially without bras to hold them up!
Thanks for this!

Oh, I almost forgot one important tidbit! I was out shopping one day about a year ago. I had on a very low cut shirt and a good push up bra. One of the store people actually stopped me and asked me if I had had my boobs done. I was on cloud nine that she thought my boobs were done! I smiled, told her to just gain 10 pounds and she would have them too. I was the happiest person on the Earth that day...

I've been a 34B for years and it hasn't stopped me from getting a date (or a husband, either). As long as I take care of myself physically and emotionally it doesn't really matter what my breast size is.
