Would you be interested in a Christian Women's Support Group? No Bible debates or anything. Just to talk about the issues that we have and are too ashamed or afraid to talk about with those we go to church with. How many of us tell our fellow church members that we are bipolar? Or that we suffer from DID, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, suicial tendencies, self injury issues, etc......Many of us don't. We feel that we can't tell them that we suffer from these things.

We can talk about things that we are working on in therapy, but we can also talk about Christian Books that are helping us with our therapy progress.

I am currently reading:

Every Heart Restored: A Wife's Guide to Healing in the Wake of a Husband's Sexual Sin

Every Woman's Battle: Discovering God's Plan for Sexual and Emotional Fulfillment

There are other things that we can discuss as well (Christian Artists, Women's Bible Studies, things that are happening in our churches, ask for prayer, talk about our walk with the Lord, etc...)

Whatever you are working on in therapy, we can talk about it. If I get enough interested, I will start it.

PM me if you are interested.

Squiggle,

You might get a better response if you put this in Sanctuary For Spiritual Support.

Good luck!!!
