I think I might be pregnant. I realised this after my mum asked me. I've been having bad sickness in the morning and a couple of times in the day. But then I feel fine. I feel constantly tired, I constantly need to pee, I've had a bit of spotting which I first thought was my period starting, but then it never did. I get headaches too which is making me mardy. Could I be pregnant? I just laughed it off when mum asked, she then said she was serious and I was like no!! She also asked me if that's why I stopped taking my prozac, but it's purely a confidence. I am worried though. Should I take a test? I don't see how though, were always careful!

You might be pregnant, you might be having withdrawal symptoms from stopping the Prozac or maybe something else is causing your symptoms.
I think the best solution would be to see a doctor and find out.

How long since you have had your period?
I would suggest seeing a doctor to know for sure, and also to check that there isn't something else that could be causing your symptoms. ![]() |

It was meant to be just over 2 weeks ago, it's never normally late or anything. Thanks for your reply x

Your symptoms certainly could be due to pregnancy. See a doctor, since you're past due on getting your period.
Best wishes!

I would get a home pregnancy test first and check it out privately. Knowing is better than not knowing. Accidents occasionally happen even if you are careful with birth control measures. It can be scary but you will be better able to assess the situation if you know. There are lots of things that can mess up your period but you can't deal with them if you do not know.
I really wish the best for you - love JLD |

I ended up coming down ill so that was probably the cause for some of it. Test came up negative. Still don't no why I skipped a period though, that's never happened.

You didn't say, but if all you did was an at-home test, it would be smart of you to go in to see a doctor - just to check out that nothing else is going on.

If there's a chance you could be pregnant, it's probably a good idea to get checked by a doctor.
However...the last time I came down with a really bad cold, I spotted a little, and then my period was over a week late. So, it could just be that you're sick...in which case, you should probably go see a doctor anyway!

That happened to me once. I was under a TON of stress and was shaking, nauseous, and downright sick in the morning. I had spotting and my period was late, plus I was sooo tired. However, it was the stress. Try sipping on a cup of tea in the morning (that helped me) and see your doctor.
