Maybe I should try some lavender and bergamot oils to help with my focus. Not always easy to focus and clear my head.

Not off topic (too much), but I randomly lost my sense of smell for a year. It was somewhat annoying....but when it came back, all good smells were so glorious to me...Now I spend way too much time sniffing things :-/

I have known (online - on a mothering magazine forum, many years ago) a woman who lost her sense of smell. I do not know if she has recovered - I stopped using the forum once the kids were out of diapers and I resumed working.

I am glad I have my sense of smell - otherwise how would I know that something died in the fridge or burned on the stove?
