This is quite embarrassing for me to say and also I am a little scared of what this could be.

Yesterday I went to the toilet and when I wiped myself I noticed blood on the tissue, I thought it was my period but I also thought this can't be my period as I only finished it last week...Later on when I needed the toilet again and I noticed blood in my water and this was happening every time I went the toilet..Today it seems to be when I wipe myself and just the odd bit of blood in my urine, I have no pain at all.

Might be a urine infection, drink lots of fluids and get to see your GP as soon as possible, you need antibiotics.

If you have blood in the urine it is likely to be an infection, I think you really need to see if you can get some antibiotics today really.

Yes, it certainly can be a kidney infection, kidney stone, or uti. Blood in the urine is typical of those infections.

I seem to get the same problem (blood in urine) about once a year. Antibiotics clears it up straight away. I think mine is caused by using scented soap on the nether regions!

I went to see my GP this morning, She gave me antibiotics to take for three days, She does think it's an affection, She did take a water example too and I will get results in two days.

I have had blood in my urine (not the amount you're describing, but some) since childhood, as far back as I can remember. No doctor could ever explain it to me until 2009 when I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. Never had any of the "normal" symptoms, just the blood. But if this is a sudden random change for you it's most likely a silly infection.
