Ugh! I hate cramps! I usually take ibuprofen for them and it fixes it pretty well. Other than during that time of the month, I rarely take anything for pain.

I have bipolar so I take lithium. I have heard that it's not good to take ibuprofen with lithium, but I don't know what else to use. My pdoc said Tylenol, but that stuff is useless. Codeine would be nice, but I don't know if anyone would prescribe that for cramps. Any thoughts?

Pamperin is awesome. I think it works so much better then motrin. My daughter does too. Give it a try. It works better for my weepies and grumpy mood better too during PMS.

Good luck
