Hey ladies! I take bc for PCOS. This is my fourth month on it and the first 2 months were great! Last month I got breakthrough bleeding the end of the third week. I had weak cramps then. tHIS time I got breakthrough bleeding on the second day of the second week! Horrible cramps!! Bah.
I called my gynecologist to ask about it and he said take this month as I'm supposed to see him next month. I'm nervous. What if I'm bleeding again? |

if your gyno doesn't seem worried enough to get you in right away, then I wouldn't worry either.

Im not freaked, just annoyed really. Ya know?
I just don't want to be humiliated if I am bleeding when the appointment comes around. |

i am sorry to hear it is not working out. Hopefully he/she will give you other options when you see him whether it be another pill or another form of treatment. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to find the right one. Also, I know it is gross, but they can still do exams when bleeding if one needs to be done. Given history, it sounds like it will be just be a conversation/consultation appointment anyway about change in pill/ treatment options. HAng in there meanwhile.

Thanks. It stopped for now. I guess I should still go to apt next month? I HATE those type of Dr appointments anyhow but hes a new Dr to me and I have never had a male gynecologist.
