I have a large chest. 36 D cup to be exact. I was wondering if that might be a factor in my neck and back pain? I don't think I can get breast reduction surgery so I am wondering what ways you large breasted gals cope?

I'm 36DD. I go see a chiropractor for neck pain - but I've also had a lot of little neck traumas along my life to add to it!
The better the bra fits the less pain as well.

36d is not big enough for reduction. My poor daughter is 30FF (if not more
![]() I think she eventually might go reduction. I have huge breasts too but thin back which makes it hard lol but it doesn't hurt my back. I think sometimes the issue is bad bra, you need one that supports and holds up firmly. Buy at speciality stores. We buy at bravissimo in London. I don't buy bras in the US but may be buy in specialty stores. Department stores don't sell good bras Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
