I've tried eating chocolate, primerose oil,....etc but my brain still feels fried on sadness hormones. As if it's being drenched in sadness hormones. What to do?

The resident psych I saw at my last appointment recommends fish oil. There have been studies recently, which I'd seen before my visit, saying fish oil is shown to help with depression, and other psychological illnesses. It's recommended to get the kind free of toxins (like mercury), so you might want to go to a health store, like GNC, and specifically ask for that.

I had to go on a Rx for PMS - PMDD after all the OTC natural remedies did not work well enough for me in the long run - Sarafem is good for PMS.
.... talk to your GP about it - and you could try Celexa if your PMS has moved into PMDD. |
