I am not loving the idea of having to go to a doctor, and I'm struggling with a number of health problems lately, I've had 4 or 5 different problems in about 2 and a half/three weeks. I am thinking my stress has levelled up to something extreme, or I'm just having some really bad luck lately.

I've had intestinal problems, including a lot of intestinal bleeding, pain, diarrhoea, etc. which lasted about 2 weeks and has gone away. I've had intestinal problems and bleeding on and off for about 10-15 years so it doesn't terrify me, it is just that it seemed to be triggered by nothing (when before I went on birth control to clear my skin the intestinal bleeding had a real pattern with the time of the month). Then I got a cold. Then I got a UTI. And I've also got a rash around the lady region that seems to be getting worth and is so itchy I was pretending I had something to do out the back at work just so I could spend 5 minutes scratching.
Now it's 100% not an STD. Initially I thought it may be a bit of a shaving rash because I may have done a little bit of gardening (which I don't usually do but decided to a few weeks ago). Now I'm sure this isn't a shaving rash. It is on my inner thigh crotch area on both sides, and now seems to be heading inwards. There is no discharge, just a dry rash and so much itchy. So, so much itchy.

There is no way for me to get to my doctor any sooner than Monday, and that's only if I can get someone to fill in for me at work. In the meantime I'm hoping someone has an idea of what this may be just so I can do something to try and help it until I can see anyone. Like I said, not an STD. My grandmother thinks it's thrush, but there is no discharge that I can really see so I'm not sure. But it may be.

If anyone can give me some ideas that would be great. I know you aren't doctors, but if anyone has had thrush before and it sounds similar I'd really like ideas on how to get by.

Hi Evening

There's every chance you're going to get far better answers than this..........just that no-one has answered yet so:
Do you think maybe it could be an allergy to something?? Maybe a different laundry product, if any has remained on your clothing...........even if it isn't anywhere else there could be more contact in that area?? Maybe a different toiletrie product you've tried.........
Maybe a heat rash?? If it's hotter and there's more friction in that area??
Maybe eczema??
There could be a chance that you're more susceptible to something like the above if your immune system is lowered with fighting off the other recent issues...........

But if you can't get to the doctor yet, then I'd suggest checking in with a pharmacist for some advice and treatment..........even if it is going to be a temporary measure until you see your doctor............

So, just some thoughts.............and hoping you get some better answers

((((Evening)))) I have no idea what it could be, but I'm sure you're miserable. Maybe you can also ask a pharmacist what might tame the itchiness on the inside of your thighs in the meantime.

So I called my grandmother again, because I had a bit of a look at Dr Google (a totally reliable source of course ) and it did seem like thrush is what it might be. My grandmother bought something for me, because I was working all day yesterday and every place near me knows who I am, so it was going to be an awkward purchase. She made me mix it with something else that she uses too (she uses both these things for I presume the same reason I needed it), and an internal treatment too. Well I can definitely say that since putting it on last night, I have had zero issues today, no itching at all. The rash is still there and looks awful, but I just spent about 3 hours walking around and catching buses and nothing. So I'm guessing (and hoping) that my problem has been solved. Because I'm going away in a week and it would be so depressing to still have this. And in looking up causes, apparently thrush can be caused from stress. Which I have plenty of, hence why everything seems to be hitting me at once I think.

And I really hope this will be the last health problem I'll be having for now! I will be trying to get to my doctor next week on my first day of leave from work so I will possibly mention it all to him while I'm there.
