Today I briefly had a cramping pain & I felt nauseous. The past two days I've coughing. Today I suddenly started freezing for no reason. I know these are symptoms of being pregnant. So I was just wondering what everyone thought.

Lots of weird symptoms in early pregnancy, different according to each person. Tests are cheap enough these days and accurate, hope you get the answer you want!
