I am.just wondering if it is safe to come off the Pill after being on it for only a month and disrupting my natural menstrual cycle by starting it before my last period. I'm just worried that it will be unhealthy for my body to disrupt it for a month and then go back to the natural cycle. Will it just take a while to rebalance itself? Or will there be side effects?
Thanks xx |

There shouldn't be a problem with stopping at the end of the month's last pill. Your body will adjust itself.

Agree with gayle. Your body will just adjust to the change.

I just stopped taking the pill after almost a year of taking it. I think it should be tougher to stop taking it after so long, but didn't have any issues, so I don't see why only a month on the pill would disrupt anything.
That's the beauty of the pill! As long as you finished your last pack, and then stopped, there shouldn't be any issues. |

I was on the Pill for two months and came off it. Have been off for a month. If I went on it again (when my period starts) am I mucking about with my hormones too much? And should I wait a while before going on it again if I do?

You will be just fine. Go for it now.
