Dear All,

I was just reading through the many useful posts on this forum and I thought I'd put a quick post up with things that have worked well for me in the past, that may help someone on here now.

For recurring bacterial vaginosis that goes away after the doctor gives you a script (fasygin antibiotics I think it's called) but then promptly returns, I have found having a bath with just half a cup of apple cider vinegar daily completely cured it. If I suspect it's coming back I quickly go soak in the bath again and it's all peachy clean down there. Cheap, no doctors, no chemists and relaxing as well.

My other tip is for recurring cystitis which I suffered for many years. As soon as I started oroxone meds for an under active thyroid I never got cystitis again, after having it continually in the preceding years. So if you can't find a reason for the cystitis get a thyroid function test instead.

I hope this helps some ladies here; with the medical systems we are dealing with we need to share our experiences!
Thanks for this!
