I had an pelvic ultrasound a week ago. My doctor has called and asked me to come in and see him. I see him tomorrow. I have PCOS and never has he called when I had a cyst or something simple, he just waits for my next appointment since I am in to see him monthly. I am really worried that it is something "big". I had an aunt die of cervical cancer and my best friend died of ovarian cancer. I grew up in an area of high cancer rates (although I no longer live there). I know my imagination is getting the better of me but I am crying everyday. I don't do well with the unknown. I am in perimenopause and am 48 years old.

It is a large fibroid. We are going to keep an eye on it for now.

Glad to hear that you got some results and that you and your doc will be watching it.
