My cramps are just going crazy this whole month! I'm on the IUD so I don't get periods unless I am super stressed. No period yet, but the stress cramps are almost everyday. Thankfully they're not as serious as before the IUD, but they are uncomfortable and I can't seem to shake them. I don't need ibuprofen because they come and go, only lasting a few minutes at a time and not severe in pain, just bothersome. Do you get cramps when you're stressed?
