Well I think i mentioned this but with my pregnancy I have been just COVERED in acne on my chin and t zone area. Combine this with dry skin on my forehead and flaking.

I couldn't find ANYTHING that worked. I was at my wits end.

Well mom had noxema and i started using it. WIthin three days, I was pretty much acne free.

I wanted to share this in case others might not have tried this. It really worked for me.

get out! I had pretty much forgotten about Noxema!

Maybe I'll try it - sounds refreshing, even though I haven't gotten acne (yet)...

Hugs,
LMo

Very refreshing but mild enough that it doesnt make your skin feel tight or greasy or flaky or any of the harsh things some of them can do.

I remember using it on sunburns too, it was so soothing for them. Good stuff to have in the house!

I love that stuff! It is so much less expensive than a lot of those popular acne treatments, and yet it is very good even for sensitive skin. I have acne too... mostly on my chin and jawline which my doctor told me is common of women my age (27) especially women like myself who had perfect skin back in teen years (I thought I was the only one in the world who had no acne at all in high school, but got it in my 20s!!). Though it doesn't clear me completely, I've found noxema does make it much better!!!

Wow!! I wasn't able to use noxema for my acne. I required harder stuff. But, I might be able to use it now in my 40s as my skin type is changing. I should try it again. I remember using it over sunburn. It's amazing how we often forget the basic, simpler products as the newer things come out. Even if the older product was just fine.
