I've been having sex with my new boyfriend who is I guess rather well endowed in the sexual department and I'm rather narrow. So when we started we couldn't have sex missionary but anyway now we can but the other day I popped and he was trying to stimulate my g spot and I can feel that I tore and stuff but don't know what to do about it.... any suggestions? I keep neat and clean but how do I heal? And keep from tearing? And also should I use some type of cream up there? I know lotrimin's out because I seemed to have a slight itchy rash on my chest from it. I have some bacitracin but I think it's for external use only; I also have a hydrocortisone cream but that seems to be for itch and again not for the vaginal area, etc. from what I read. Any help or been there done that's would make me feel better about it. Thanks, all

I would go to a doctor. I've not heard of any otc treatment for internal lesions.

Do you think this would be considered an urgent matter? Like should I call the doctor's office tomorrow to see what they have to say or should I wait till november 14th when I have an appointment? I'm just kinda embarassed about it; but, I guess I shouldn't be because I'm sure I'm not the first but I also have some other issues too: something I think is a boil in between ur leg and outer wall of my vagina and I keep getting bumps under my arms in the fleshy area that I'm assured is a swollen lymph node; so maybe I need to get tested again or something; never did get a letter saying the std tests how they came back. But anyway thanks for listening and replying; I appreciate it

So they never let you know what the tests said and now its recurring? I wouldn't know if the tearing would be urgent but I know for me....of something tore inside me I'd be pretty freaked out lol. Seems like theres no harm in calling tomorrow to see what they say.

i guess it depends how big it is and if you are still bleeding etc.
but because we have babies and most women tear when giving birth, it is apparently an area that heals really quickly and well. but you have other things to see the dr for so how about a 'while i'm here' question?? maybe that would make it a bit easier. but don't be embarrassed, doctors have seen it all and worse before. |

I wouldn't have sex again til the tear is healed.

Sometimes when there is a vaginal tear, stitches are required in order for it to heal properly. I would definitely call the doctor tomorrow and get in earlier.
Good luck to you! Okie

Thanks all. Went to the Dr. well it happened to be a pa that looked me over. She said I didn't tear but looked very pink and irritated and should lay off the sex for a little less than a week which works out fine because my bf goes to mass general for somet testing for his epilepsy to see if he's a candidate for surgery. Also to use lots of lubricant like KY jelly when we do have sex where he seems to be pretty well endowed.
