yick i feel so fat today lol
urrghhh i know its xmas, but idk. i didnt put this in the ED forum because i dont have one. buuut what do u guys do when u feel so fat? yick yick yick yick bye __________________ i miss you... I think this is a good place for this
 I'm sure most of us are feeling the affects of all the holiday eating! What do I do about it? Not enough lol!

I just drink lots and LOTS of water. Makes you feel bloated at first, but it sure flushes the system out!
