Ladies, we get a bum deal when it comes to perimenopause and menopause. I'm not going to go into too much detail but if you're fed up with symptoms and your DR won't do squat, check out this website.

Perimenopause: Why Doctors Often Miss the Diagnosis - The Galveston Diet

This is great information on why we get misdiagnosed all the time. Check out the entire site, mostly the blogs on symptoms and issues.

Hope this helps!

I recommend reading her blogs. I wouldn't give money to do coaching or what. She's on TIkTok, too. Her blogs and TikToks are full of great information if you're like me and have ZERO support or friends/family to turn to for answers.

As far as symptoms, I did Keto for a while and it relieved a lot of my symptoms. Basically, getting all the sugar out of your system and crap food, soda, sweets, fried garbage helped immensely. Of course staying on it helps and I'm bad about that myself. Dang cravings!
