How long after applying to a job do you call to inquire about your application, the position and getting an interview?
What do you say exactly? Who should you ask to speak to? Hmmmmmmm?

Sorry, I've never even bothered to do that! Though, I haven't had trouble getting bites when I put a resume out there. It takes any where from a day to a week for me to get a response from a resume so, give it a week.
I don't understand how people are having such troubles! If you can't find something ideal, take anything then when you have a job do applications. Wait for something you know fits and use the fact that you've got something, anything at all, to enjoy the "luxury" of interviewing your interviewer. Even if that means working at a local grocery store or call centre! That's how I got my most recent offer...fake confidence and genuine interest. |

Oh, and I guess being a tad bit manic always helps, haha.

I'd say wait a week, and ask for the manager or human resources, and thank them
