Hi. How have people found returning to work. I'm off again. Six months and counting. Doc says no to going back yet. I know my boss hates me and is out to get me. No one from work stays in touch. Occ health have also been a nightmare, want a "diagnosis" but I don't want a label. How do I get back and stop this happening yet again? Each time gets harder. Thanks. I have a formal sickness review next week. Dreading it.

(((dont feel like me))) I have found returning to work to be good even when I had a boss out to get me. Everyone else was very supportive and the boss eventually came around. Don't worry about what you can't control. Remember your illness and limitations aren't your fault. Be your own advocate. Hold your head high. Remember those of us with issues work harder because we have so
much to overcome just to get through a workday. If people understood they would have a lot of compassion and respect for us. |

My boss wants me to give an answer on how I'm gonna insure it don't happen again. Don't want him knowing details.

Everyone at work ignores me. I know they were all laughing at me before I went off.
