Iv worked for my current employer for 7 months now and during thouse months i have had to face up to my childhood sexual assault, my uncle died, my gran has cancer and is terminal and now my aunt as well.
i am 19 i live alone and iv suffered with my mental health since i was a child.
my work just doesnt seem to understand that right now it is a really big deal for me to just get out of bed in the morning and come in. iv tried to talk to them about how the inability to have job security is effecting me and there not interested, iv been off sick twice in 7 months and aparently thats a cause for concern, i feel like i am going to explode if things carry on, i cannot cope with this alone.

That sounds like a lot to cope with. Employers often don't understand, they're concerned about their bottom line. I work in a hospital and they've just implemented a program where they can terminate you if you're sick too much. It's scary and stressful. It sounds like you're still getting out of bed in the morning. . . that's huge!

I wish you strength
