Do you smoke at work? Some afternoons I could really use a smoke, but I don't want them to know I smoke. It's really hard sometimes. So my smoke schedule right now is 2 in AM, 2-3 at lunch, then like 5 at night. It's seriously reduced how much I smoke. My normal schedule is smoke one every hour. I've thought about going to an e-cig so I can smoke all I want in the bathroom, but it's not the same. Oh well.

I found myself in much the same situation several years ago. I had so severely limited my smoking due to work constraints that I finally just said to heck with it and quit. It was hard at the time but I'm glad I did.

Hi moreta

I would definitely recommend the e cigarette. It would b healthier than a real cigarette. I smoked for 25 years so I understand ur plight. As time goes on u will be more and more restricted about where u can smoke.

Best of luck!!
