I just want to post some good news about my workplace. Long story short... it’s gotten better. I stuck it out. I was miserable for quite a long while. I applied for other jobs and never heard back from anybody. I had terrible anxiety for months. Then... Several things happened... Team work started to finally come together. I adapted. I spoke up and set boundaries for myself. I improved areas of my work that I learned needed improving. I really worked hard at improving. I also worked really hard at... not working so hard... I worked on ignoring the people who drive my crazy... I’m getting along with everybody... my work life is pretty good. Yes, the job is still annoying and tiresome some days but some days it’s fun and rewarding again. I was working on my self-evaluation the other day and as I listed all my accomplishments for 2018 I realized that it was a tough year but there was a lot of growth on my part.... Sometimes the rough times are the best times to get better... Never thought it would get to this point at my job and I want to celebrate that it did.
Thanks for this!

Congratulations Sisabel. It’s awesome to feel good for a change. And you put in some extremely hard work to make it possible.
