So I have been going to voc rehab for a few months now. I am finally starting to go to a job placement place here in my local area.

Hopefully this will have me working toward getting a job as vet assistant in a clinic and that can hopefully get me some money so i can go back to Vet Tech school and wrap up everything with that.

I have a few other things that i want to persue and work on in my life as far as possible career goals I guess I am one of those odd ducks that believes you can have more then one career. Its going to be a lot more difficult for me, since i do have as many mental issues as I do...but I want to try to do my best with getting things to a better place for me.
Thanks for this!

I have been working with Voc Rehab for some time now and they have been really helpful in setting me up with retraining, the education that I need to change careers into one that is better suited to my strengths/weakness, interests, and MH issues so I can get back to work successfully. Beforehand, I had to take some inventory tests that pinpointed jobs/positions that fit with my interests, strengths and skills, then did some job shadowing. It turned out my idea of one position, that I thought I loved for my career change, turned out there were aspects of the work that were hard to take; I highly recommend job shadowing first to be sure about any position and Voc Rehab can help with that. I am not trying to talk you out of Vet Tech, not at all, just letting you what Voc Rehab had me do to be sure before committing time, money, resources to an education that might not be the right one. I am almost done with a degree now and certification process to be able to start work this summer, thanks to the help of Voc Rehab.

So if schooling is what you need for the goal that fits in with in everything to help you for your goal, say for Vet Tech, they typically can help with that. Talk to your counselor about it. I hope that you too will find the resources and help that you need with them to pursue your goals. Best wish in all your future endeavors! Good luck!!!
