So i applied for a school Manager and they calling me for interview so i might gonna have skype interview with this school on Saturday Morning, This school focused on early child education , at first they asked me to comes but since right now iam at myparent house so they agreed to have skype interview, my problem with my disability is you cant tell i have problem if you never see me walking, so when i sit no one would ever know i have problem till i walk, so iam confused wether to mention or not about my disability becuase ithink on skype interview they wont know i have disability but i also worried if i mention about my disability they not gonna hire me ( its happened a lot of times to me , i am not living in western country) , so what should i do?

i really want a job and wish i could get this job

Congratulations on the interview!! The disclosure of information part is tricky and I'm not sure there is a perfect solution for this. On one side if you are completely honest, you might be disqualified from the job but on the other side, if you get the job and the employers find out about your disability you might be fired. If it was me I would not disclose this information until I absolutely needed to. Especially if the job you applied to would not be affected by your disability. I would do the skype interview and give them a chance to get to know you better. Maybe if you get along with the interviewers you could ask to do a test day/week to see if you like working there. I'm thinking once they meet you the chances of being discriminated because of your disability are lower then if you tell them straight away. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. hugs

Go over the job discription if it has been provided if not call before the interview and ask them to send one.
After reviewing it, if you are able to do everything in the job discription go to the interview and see how the interviewer is. Go with your gut... and if you do tell them about your disability and they don't hire you maybe working there isn't the place for you because they are ignorant. Hey just sayin. lol
You probably already got the job so I'm kinda posting this for others to see that might be in this situation.
Good luck kiddo

Congrats on the offers, Puffy! Kudos for your honesty, it starts you on a good footing! Don't lose your opportunities by waiting too long to choose. I think it's helpful to have a job. The routine supports you. I know I do better mentally if I have a suitable job and a schedule to keep.~IFG
