I got a job as a dish washer but I don't know if I can do it more. It's so stressful. I want to cry during it. Not sure what to do.

Ok ArmyGirl, I see no one has responded to your post. It's getting late where I am, so I suggest you go through the whole process, without pay, with someone who is experienced with the dishwashing system they have. If they do not have a proper system of doing dishwashing, then they won't last long as a business.
Through the early trial process, it may help relieve stress to manageable levels, but just to go to the place of work and understand the best way of making through a shift.

Again, just a remember it would be a trial and a volunteer basis, so the employee is more likely to be compliant with your proposal.

That's just an idea for you to consider, perhaps other members will come up with other better solutions. Good luck. Take care.

Do you want to elaborate about what you're finding stressful? Is it the speed of the work, or the atmosphere?

My first ever job was washing dishes and I actually quite enjoyed it, but it was quite fast-paced, and people are snappy in kitchens.

The stress and fast pace. My motor skills are weak and I'm pretty slow minded.

Sounds like it's not the right fit for you, in that case - but could you stick at it for a little while to see if things improve? Maybe you'll speed up with practice.
