How do you cope in a work enviroment where you constantly battle to motivate yourself to get work done? When is it time to look for something else? I read somewhere it is not healthy for your psych.

I do this everyday. I just do it one day at a time. Have tried to find something else, but to no avail, so I just keep showing up.

I had projects I enjoyed working on when not at work and I would bring portions of them to work for lunch, breaks, thinking about when doing mindless/boring tasks at work. I took online classes and used my work to write about for my coursework. I brought books, notebooks, symbols/touchstones, pictures of what I loved to work and integrated them as best I could into my job. My desk and work environment never looked like anyone else's it was very much "Mine"
